Out client is an innovative leader in the food industry. They continue to experience year-over-year growth and recently invested in a new production facility in northwest Indiana. We are exclusively partnering with them in their search for their next Plant Manager
The Plant Manager is the site leader and holds responsibility for all plant operations; food production, planning, packaging, maintenance & sanitation, equipment and shipping & receiving. He/She will take ownership and ensure both quality and safety standards are being met. The Manager will have full accountability for their budget, cost & process improvement targets as well as manufacturing optimization.
