Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly expanding energy producer to identify a Plant Manager for their Kansas facility. The Plant Manager will be a hands-on leader responsible for day to day plant operations, monitoring process, product quality, plant improvements and trouble shooting.
Additional functions of the role include:
- Develop, evaluate and improve processing methods
- Oversee plant production, daily & monthly reporting, quality assurance, capital and maintenance budgeting
- Supervising shift supervisors & day maintenance
- Prepare budgets and design of capital improvement projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Petrochemical Industry strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of production management experience in a refinery/petrochemical environment
