Plant Maintenance Manager (Closed)

We are partnering with our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer of metallic products, to help them find a Plant Maintenance Manager for their Houston location. This is a very essential position where this candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment related to the production process. This person will be making mechanical repairs along with implementation and completing a prevantive maintenance program. Operating electrical and mechanical test equipment while maintaining a safe working environment and good housekeeping conditions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of strong mechanical maintenance experience and strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Good "hands on" working approach
• Team player - driven and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and project management abilities - managing multiple concurrent projects, diverse resources, and complex situations
