Lucas Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the Blacksburg, VA market in its search for an HR Manager. This is a highly visible role that must be onsite full time that will report into the Regional Director of HR, and partner with all employee levels, including executive leadership. This role will oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, training & development, recruiting, and employee engagement. Great culture, team, and benefits! • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required for this role. Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience working in a generalist capacity, and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, recruitment and training is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
