Role Overview:
Plant Controller needed for a high visibility opportunity. As Plant Controller, you will be responsible for plant operations and process improvements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and more. This position will be based in one of the flagship plants of the company and is a key position for their continued success. Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· CPA/CMA or MBA a plus
· Strong demonstrated plant level manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting
· Solid budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting and accounting skills
· 3+ years at as a Plant Controller or similar level position
· ERP system and Excel skills
· Track record of process improvements, cost savings initiatives and successful projects
Compensation: $125K+ base and bonus.
