Lucas Group is seeking someone that has experience and working knowledge of files in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years’ experience in personal injury litigation in Florida, with strong computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of Word and Excel. Car accident case experience, workers compensation experience, and familiarity with medical terminology a plus. Must have experience writing demands.
Duties include but are not limited to preparing discovery responses, medical summaries, client and physician relations, heavy litigation, mediation preparation and trial work. We are looking for another energetic, caring person to join the team!
