We have partnered with our client in their search for a Healthcare Compensation Analyst on a contract basis for 3-6 months. This is a remote based position that will be working on EST time zone. This position will be primarily working with Physician and Executive Compensation.
Identify the correct salaries for new physicians and physicians changing roles within the organization
Test the components for compensation and see how it stands based on the ratio they use for the total clinical cash compensation. There is some complex scenarios and they need someone that has been involved in a similar position that understands physician compensation.
Assist with Executive compensation analysis - evaluate proposed offers, draft offer letters, evaluate internal equity, market price positions, etc.

5+ years of experience within Physician and Executive Compensation
