Senor PHP Developer / 12 Month Contract / Largely Remote
We are currently looking for a PHP Developer with extensive experience. The role focuses on framework‑independent PHP development and involves end‑to‑end ownership across requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment for a secure intranet application.
Secure Clearance (SC) and experience within Logistics and supply chain would be beneficial for this role.
Key elements include:
* Leading requirements analysis and producing technical design specs
* Building custom PHP modules (no Laravel/Symfony) using solid design patterns
* Developing secure, high‑performance intranet applications
* Integrating with Oracle databases and working within Apache/Linux environments
* Maintaining strong code quality through Composer, Git, unit tests, and static analysis
* Supporting SIT/UAT, resolving defects, and ensuring production readiness
* Delivering deployment packages, documentation, and knowledge‑transfer sessions
