We have partnered with our client in their search for a Performance Marketing and Optimization Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
  • Track and analyze ad spend, performance data, and lead generation results; provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy while independently managing client-facing responsibilities.
  • Prepare and update reporting dashboards, integrating campaign data for presentations.
  • Advise stakeholders on campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and best practices.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking spend, performance, and ROI.
  • Ability to work directly with clients, demonstrating professionalism and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and performance marketing tools.
  • Agency experience preferred for adaptability to fast-paced, multi-client environments.
  • Experience with healthcare or nonprofit clients is a plus.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.
