People & Organizational Development Lead (Closed)

Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a global Technology company on their search for a People & Organizational Development Lead. This is a newly created role and can be worked in several locations on the West Coast: Oregon, Arizona, Northern California and San Diego. Candidates must have experience with a global organization in a formal corporate setting. A key part of this role will be the ability to influence decision makers in the utmost professional way. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

• Work on difficult organizational challenges
• Change Management and Team Effectiveness Design
• Drive Talent Review and Succession Planning Lifecycle
• Design and implement training and team intervention programs
• Partner with Global HR organization and local team to deliver overall engagement and talent management strategy
• Design & deliver communications and marketing strategies in partnership with stakeholders
• Measure impact of initiatives in delivery strategies

Skills Needed

• 7-10 years of Organizational Development work with a Focus on Talent Development, Change management and Instructional Design
• Excellent coaching, consulting facilitation and system thinking skills
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• MS Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, LMS, HRIS
• Training program and project management experience
• Knowledge and/or experience in use of assessment tools
• Ability to travel 25%
• Willingness and interest in working in other areas of HR in the future

Education Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• Advanced Degree and/or Organizational development-related certificate (ODCP)
