People & Culture Partner (Closed)

Description:

Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing tech startup on their search for a Human Resources / People Partner. This role will be the third member of a small HR team for a growing organization that will be a true combination of tactical and strategic work to support the organization in its day-to-day needs while strategizing for continued global growth.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of HR experience, ideally with a startup (not required)
• Understanding of and interest in data-driven people operations approach
• Reliable, able to manage multiple tasks effectively; tech savvy and strong academic record

Responsibilities:

• Assist lean HR team with all aspects of HR from day to day support of employees, driving all aspects of HR from culture, employment and immigration, onboarding, PEO partnering, analytics, and more
• Drive day to day tactical needs as well as HR strategy to help the organization scale for growth
