Fractional People & Culture Specialist | Remote
We're looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join a high performing team on a fractional basis. The Specialist will join the team to support a broader culture refresh initiative.
This is a tactical, execution focused role; ideal for someone who enjoys building and delivering impactful HR programs while operating as a true consultant.
What You'll Do
- Enhance new hire experience programs (orientation + onboarding content)
- Execute employee recognition initiatives, including awards programs and gifting
- Support culture and D&I initiatives, including internal/external content updates
- Partner cross functionally to deliver high quality, timely HR programs
- Leverage AI and tools to drive efficiency and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- 5 to10 years in People & Culture / HR, ideally in tech
- Strong execution mindset; you get things done
- Experience in onboarding, recognition, and culture programs
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI tools and modern HR tech
