We are partnering with an engineering services clients in their search for a Payroll Specialist on a contract basis, with potential to be considered for a permanent position within the company. This is a 100% remote based role, which must sit in either EST or CST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the timekeeping processing including receiving approvals on timesheets, preparing manual timesheets, making corrections on time entered
- Processing payroll for US and/or Candian based employees
- Assisting with reclasses and reconciliations of payroll related data
Skills Required
- Deltek/Cost Point experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables & V-lookups)
- Experience working with the timekeeping system within Deltek/CostPoint
Education & Work Experience
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience
