Payroll Specialist (Closed)

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for a Payroll Leader located in Kenwood, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be the strong right hand for the HR Director. In addition to supporting the corporate office, this individual will be a subject matter expert and be responsible for managing the multi-state payroll function for 1,000 employees.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Communicate changes to payroll or processes effectively
• Counsel and guide HR reps on Payroll related questions or issues
• Manage relationships with third party vendors
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years multi-state payroll experience
• CPP certification
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
