Payroll Manager

Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite)

A global organization is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll operations while leading a team of Payroll Specialists. This hands-on role requires expertise in payroll compliance, including FLSA and overtime regulations, along with strong partnership skills across HR, Finance, and Accounting.

Key Requirements:

• Recent payroll management experience with direct team leadership
• End-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll expertise
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, overtime, payroll tax, and compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation tools
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• CPP or FPC certification
• Experience supporting large, complex payroll environments
