Payroll Lead

Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced payroll manager to oversee and execute end-to-end payroll operations for a manufacturing client. This role is hands-on and highly visible, with responsibility for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and system effectiveness across the organization. The perfect consultant brings expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos), and advanced Excel to support payroll analysis, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Handle payroll updates (new hires, terminations, pay changes, off-cycle runs)
• Resolve complex payroll issues (retro pay, adjustments, garnishments)
• Support audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end processing
• Partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams
• Drive process improvements and support system integrations

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Hands-on experience with UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos)
