We are working with a small public accounting firm, who are in search of a Payroll Administrator to support their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for small companies with 10-30 employees in multiple states
- Set up new employees, process W4, direct deposit, and 401(k) changes
- Process wage garnishments and voluntary payroll deductions
- Other assignments and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance Preferred
- Prior QuickBooks experience Preferred
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Possess and demonstrates excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
