We're looking for an experienced Payments Technical Delivery Manager to lead the decommissioning of a legacy Bloomberg-based platform and coordinate associated API delivery and retirement activities across multiple technology teams.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on planning, stakeholder management, dependency tracking and execution across a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

    • Lead delivery of a legacy platform decommissioning programme.
    • Coordinate new API delivery and API retirement activities.
    • Develop and manage delivery plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
    • Drive alignment across multiple technology and business teams.
    • Provide governance, reporting and weekly delivery updates.
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and planning sessions.
    • Ensure delivery milestones are achieved across all impacted teams.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Delivery Lead.
  • Strong technology delivery background within large enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing API delivery, integration or decommissioning initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder and dependency management skills.
  • Strong planning, governance and execution capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable

  • Financial services or banking experience.
  • Payments exposure.
  • Experience delivering legacy system decommissioning or migration programmes.
