Patent Agent (Physics)
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct all aspects of patent prosecution
- Prepare and file new patent applications in the U.S.P.T.O.
- Prepare and file Responses and/or Amendments to all types of Office Actions
Qualifications:
- BA AND Ph.D. in Physics highly preferred
- Former USPTO examiner and experienced in handling multi-national large patent portfolios
- Excellent academic credentials and exceptional communication skills are required
