Life Science Patent Agent for immediate direct hire.

Qualified candidates will have top-tier academics, including a J.D. from a top 50 law school, plus a PhD in biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
Duties will include:
- Work with clients to identify inventions (biotech / pharma focus)
- Assist patent partners and associates in preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Assist attorneys in patent searches and patent analysis
- Provide technical assistance and expertise to attorneys in Intellectual Property litigation & transactions.
