The Lucas Group is searching for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic Partner Marketing Manager for our client’s SaaS products and services team in the D.C. metro-area.  Our client is a highly dynamic and innovative startup filled with A-players. The Partner Marketing Manager will act as the liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure that all partner marketing programs are on message, tailored to the right channel and executed in a timely fashion. This Partner Marketing Manager role is designed to build and grow the relationships with our client’s channel partners and will also share in the development of lead generation campaigns, including the creation of blogs, white papers, web pages, web banners, digital promotions and in-person events like conferences and public relations programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute channel marketing campaigns, coordinating with channel sales and strategic partners to develop new programs that drive incremental growth
  • Create product collateral, web page content and other promotional assets that highlight product value propositions, use cases and customer benefits while ensuring both Company and Partner brand alignment
  • Direct developers on creating new website functionalities such as ROI calculators, surveys, online support, animated infographics and other engaging online experiences
  • Brainstorm with other marketing managers and subject matter experts to create optimized messaging
  • Create and assist in writing case studies, blog entries and articles to generate demand
  • Create and deliver executive presentations and briefings to senior management
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Marketo or Pardot) to optimize pipeline growth and lead activity

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preference in English, Political Science or Marketing
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital B2B Product company or digital agency
  • Excellent writing ability and editorial skills
  • Knack for balancing multiple projects at the same time
  • Portfolio of high-quality published material, including strong examples of digital, e-mail and social content creation as well as original creative concepting
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask on a demanding schedule
  • An ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in headquarters, remote US and international employees and key partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills when communicating with individuals and groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Creative Suite and Social Media tools
  • Experience with digital content writing for blogs and online publications
  • Experience with content marketing software
