Real Estate or Corporate Paralegal (Contract Role, full-time 5 days/ week)
Heavy emphasis on preparation of closing binders.
Position sits in the NYC office of a global law firm. Position requires a commitment of 5 days/ week and is expected to last 2 months.
Primary duty for this role is to assist the real estate and corporate groups in preparing closing binders / closing sets and compiling signature pages for large-scale transactions. Paralegal will work as an integral member of a deal team and report to a senior transactions paralegal in the NYC office.
