Experienced complex commercial / business litigation paralegal who can join immediately on a temp-to-hire basis. After 6 months, position will be evaluated for extension or hire.

Qualified applicants will have 5+ years of experience supporting state and federal litigation, and arbitrations. B.A. Degree strongly preferred.

Must have 5+ years of experience supporting commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. Knowledge of civil procedures; court procedures and rules required. Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in the use of Westlaw, Pacer, Relativity, and CompuLaw for calendar, docket and matter management.
