In-House Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Outstanding company offering incredible benefits seeks experienced real estate paralegal to work directly with General Counsel.  This expansion role requires comprehensive real estate transactional experience performing integral contract to closing duties which include: 

• Assisting legal counsel and other team members with the preparation of settlement statements and other closing documents
• Ordering and reviewing titles; drafting deeds, loan documents, and other agreements.
• Interacting with various outside entities in connection with obtaining all necessary information for commercial real estate transactions. 

Superior written and oral communication skills are a must. A Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in managing commercial real estate matters from contract to closing.
