Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with an industry leader on their search for an Organizational Development leader located in Westchester County, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual in this newly created role due to the growth of the organization! This individual will provide leadership, strategic direction and delivery of OD programs throughout the organization. This is an individual contributor role and will partner closely with the Chief HR Officer to roll out corporate development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of Organizational Development experience.
