Role Description:
· Review, maintain and build upon existing training assets developed in wave 1
· Review existing Business Requirements Document by BU
· Develop user reference guides and job aids for each BU and work with the Wipro track leads for any clarifications.
· Develop computer-based training for cross-bu functionality (search and reporting, approvals)
· Analyze current instructional materials and provide guidance for improvements
Knowledge/Skillset:
· 5-10 years of relevant experience
· Icertis
· Contract Lifecycle Management
· System Implementation (Experienced)
· Instructional Development (Expert)
