Title: Oracle ERP Architect
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Oracle ERP Architect. The Oracle ERP Architect leads the design and delivery of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), turning complex workforce rules into scalable, reliable solutions. Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners, the role translates collective bargaining agreements and labor regulations into system configuration and integrations. Success is measured by on-time go-lives, accurate time and absence calculations, audit-ready compliance, minimal post-launch defects, and high end-user adoption.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor to meet business and compliance requirements
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to elicit requirements and translate collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and labor laws into system rules and workflows
Lead end-to-end project delivery including data migration, system integration, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop and execute test strategies, test scripts, and defect triage to ensure accuracy, auditability, and traceability
Govern change control, manage configuration documentation, and maintain solution design and user guides
Train super users and end users; create enablement materials and job aids to drive adoption
Provide hypercare and ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes with Oracle and vendors
Monitor solution performance and compliance, and recommend enhancements and best practices
Skills Required
Proven expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
Strong understanding of union rules and complex timekeeping in unionized environments
Experience in the construction industry or similar field-based workforce context
Hands-on experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems; ability to validate and reconcile interface data
Proficiency developing test plans, scripts, and scenarios; experience leading SIT and UAT
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Knowledge of Oracle database technologies (Oracle Database 12c or higher) and proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for analysis and tuning
Experience with Oracle database design concepts including schema design, indexing, and partitioning
Familiarity with data integration and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations with significant experience in Absence Management and OTL
Proven experience as an Oracle Architect or in a similar senior Oracle role
Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) or related modules preferred
