ORACLE EPM TECH LEAD
Our client is seeking an Oracle EPM Tech Lead who will own reporting, analytics, and performance management within the Oracle EPM Cloud suite. This person will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver accurate, meaningful, and scalable reporting capabilities such as market level profitability, management dashboards, and executive analytics.
This is a foundational role that will help establish and mature the client's long term Oracle operations function.
Responsibilities
- Own the reporting and analytics workstream within Oracle EPM Cloud
* Define the reporting vision and create best in class reporting standards for the organization
* Collaborate with Accounting, FP and A, Operations, and Executive Leadership to understand reporting needs
* Build financial models, dashboards, profitability reporting, and management level analytics
* Develop and maintain EPM metadata, business rules, calculations, and data integrations
* Produce reports using Management Reporting, Narrative Reporting, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM Cloud tools
* Lead or support UAT activities including test script development, defect management, and user training
* Assist with knowledge transfer from external partners and help build an internal Oracle center of excellence
* Provide strategic guidance on forecasting, planning, performance management, and automation opportunities
* Partner with the CIO and Accounting Leadership to influence long term architecture and process direction
Must Have Qualifications
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud including Planning, Financial Consolidation, and reporting tools
* Background in financial reporting, analytics, and performance management
* Proven ability to design and deliver executive level reporting
* Experience working with Accounting, FP & A, and Executive teams
* Ability to operate effectively in an implementation environment with evolving structure
* Industry experience in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial real estate financial or operational environments
* Background in large scale Oracle Fusion or Oracle EPM implementations
* Experience with Hyperion or other legacy EPM technologies
* Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor
