Oracle EBS - Financials Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Financials Consultant to support a ledger migration project. This role involves replicating existing Operating Unit setups to a new ledger, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.1 and experience in lift-and-shift implementations without customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle EBS Financials modules to support business unit replication.
• Replicate Operating Unit setups from existing ledger to a new ledger environment.
• Ensure configurations align with financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial setups and flows.
• Provide documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support testing and deployment activities throughout the migration lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience configuring Oracle EBS Financials modules.
• Hands-on experience replicating Operating Unit setups to a new ledger.
• Strong understanding of functional Oracle EBS processes—focused on lift-and-shift (not enhancements or customizations).
• Experience with Oracle EBS version 12.1.1.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience in multi-ledger or multi-organization environments.
• Strong documentation and training capabilities.
• Knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology.
