Lucas Group has partnered with our Food Manufacturing client near Cartersville, GA on their search for a Production Manager. This is a very visible and key leadership position that is critical to their success. Responsibilities:
- Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes according to food safety programs (HACCP and SOP’s)
- Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals
- Ensures resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing) are available to maintain production schedules, safety, quality and cost
- Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented work force
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business preferred
- 5 years’ experience kin a food plant manufacturing leadership role
- Excellent leadership skills to drive team to exceed productivity and quality standards using both continuous improvement measurements and standards
