Operations Manager (Closed)

Our client is a privately held leader in the food industry that continues to grow through new product development as well as acquisition activity.  Due to an internal promotion, they are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager from the food industry.  The Operations Manager will be responsible for all production for their 3-shift facility, warehousing, shipping & receiving as well as maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years prior manufacturing experience, with progressively responsible management responsibilities
• Prior Food Production experience is highly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
