Associates are responsible for a wide variety of tasks. The collaborative approach towards projects and new opportunities enables
Associates to gain exposure to all core business units. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
? Planning and coordinating project initiatives implemented by the property manager
? Working with Army partner on project reporting and property inspections
? Conducting financial analysis of existing and potential projects
? Conducting market research, online and in?person, to develop assumptions for new projects and benchmarks for existing projects
? Creating presentations and reports for investors, partners, and lenders
? Engaging community stakeholders to enhance the customer experience
? Working with architects and planners to refine and finalize a project's architectural elements and style
? Overseeing consultants and contractors, managing both the schedule and budget
? Managing projects before and after construction commences, including processing of funding draws
? On?site development management and oversight of contractors
