Description:

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service / Supply Chain role, with an emphasis on Order Management, Transportation, and Inventory Control
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience interacting with customers and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive and ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, and inventory availability. Build and maintain accurate account profiles for each individual customer.
  • Work with other Customer Service Team Members and Sales management to analyze and evaluate key service metrics such as Order fill, On time delivery, Invoice accuracy, Case Fill, etc.
  • Establish a strong relationship with Logistics providers.
  • Under moderate supervision from Team Leader/Manager, assist in conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions to service-related issues to drive improvements.
  • Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments when required, trouble shooting and responding to all other questions, inquires, and complaints in a timely fashion.
