Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service / Supply Chain role, with an emphasis on Order Management, Transportation, and Inventory Control
SAP experience preferred
Experience interacting with customers and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proactive and ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, and inventory availability. Build and maintain accurate account profiles for each individual customer.
Work with other Customer Service Team Members and Sales management to analyze and evaluate key service metrics such as Order fill, On time delivery, Invoice accuracy, Case Fill, etc.
Establish a strong relationship with Logistics providers.
Under moderate supervision from Team Leader/Manager, assist in conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions to service-related issues to drive improvements.
Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments when required, trouble shooting and responding to all other questions, inquires, and complaints in a timely fashion.
