Operations Analyst
Overview
The Operations Analyst supports core financial operations across Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations, and broader Finance & Accounting functions. This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can flex across multiple operational areas while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing (approximately 50% of role)
- Support Treasury Operations activities such as cash management, payment runs, and bank reconciliations (approximately 25%)
- Contribute to broader Finance & Accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis (approximately 25%)
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of financial transactions
- Prepare and deliver clear, polished reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk across financial operations
- Respond quickly to priorities and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
Qualifications
- Experience across multiple finance functions, with strong exposure to Accounts Payable and Treasury Operations
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a "jack of all trades" within Finance & Accounting environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
