Draft, revise, and maintain correspondence, memos, presentations, etc.
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and staff
Organizing and scheduling meetings; attending meetings and taking notes as needed; make travel arrangements if needed
Prepare documents, files, spreadsheets, etc. for presentations or upon request
Track deadlines and assist with various projects until completion
Maintain office supplies for the firm
Work with the firm’s vendors and coordinate services/requests
Provide excellent communication, attention to detail, and adaptability
