Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an opportunity to drive change and make an impact in a high-growth technology organization. Responsibilities include: organizational change management, employee relations and compliance, talent and performance management, learning, and total rewards.
The ideal candidate has a progressive HR background partnering with the business on lean teams within a growing, medium sized company, and can operate in a fast-paced environment. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, total rewards and talent management required.
