Maintain the network for a fast growing organization in Ellenwood, GA. Applicants need to be quick thinking, problem-solving, technically savvy, and customer service oriented. Applicants should be able to work in a blended PC, Mac and smartphone, wired and wireless, environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the operation of all LAN/WAN related network services per company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN performance, connectivity and related network problems 24/7
  • Administer LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures
  • Coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades
  • Install, configure and maintain voice, data and video equipment
  • Install and test cabling
  • Investigate and resolve trouble ticket items and make necessary equipment repairs
  • Resolve circuit (broadband/MPLS) issues
  • Resolve Meraki network issues
  • Deploy IT equipment to field (new and upgrades)
  • SOS contact for new device deployment and any connection issues
  • Monitor for any printer issues
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.

Excellent prioritization and time management.

An ability to balance multiple time-critical tasks at the same time.
High Energy.
 Excellent Communication Skills.

Pay: $80 - $90K
