We have partnered with our client in their search for a Network SRE / Cloud Network Engineer to support a large-scale AWS migration, focused on building and securing hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS network architecture across hybrid environments
- Establish and manage secure connectivity between AWS and on-prem (VPN, Direct Connect, routing, firewalls)
- Support migration cutovers and transition of network services into AWS
- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Strong AWS networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route 53)
- Hybrid cloud architecture (AWS + on-prem)
- Firewall management and network security policies
- Network troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments
- On-prem data centre networking
- Card payments experience
Education & Work Experience
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in network engineering
