This position would be stationed in Naples, Florida due to client needs - little to no travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Develops effective working relationships with clients and firm associates
- Works effectively in teams to provide quality service to clients
- Gains a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes and business objectives, and utilizes that knowledge throughout engagements
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and electronically, to clients and firm associates
Skills:
- Keeps all service ticket documentation current and accurate
- Identifies business issues experienced by our clients and develops technical recommendations to overcome them
- Provides hardware and software troubleshooting, administration and installs for workstations, servers and network devices
- Provides technical consultation and recommendations
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
- Takes inventory of issues and projects going on and continues to prioritize workload
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Proven time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- General understanding of Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
- General understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Office 2010, 2013 and 2016)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
