Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in nCino to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is critical to aligning business objectives with technical capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives within the nCino ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be a polished communicator, capable of translating complex business needs into actionable user stories. You will be the go-to resource for all things nCino, helping stakeholders evaluate the feasibility of their ideas and guiding them through the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize workflows for small business lending processes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Drive improvements to existing nCino configurations, including workflows, UI, and UX.
  • Support feature discovery and documentation for loan exception processes.
  • Partner with product managers and owners to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of commercial and small business lending processes.
  • Hands-on experience with nCino platform and familiarity with gold-standard configurations.
  • Ability to write and explain user stories and acceptance criteria clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within banking or financial services.
  • Prior experience with nCino implementations or enhancements strongly preferred.
