The National Sales Leader is responsible for generating new business for the company. The products we offer consist of Technology Automation combined with Business Process Outsourcing. We support the Financial Services Industry, Insurance and Telco verticals.

A typical engagement starts with a lift and shift of client processes to company’s operation across multiple locations in India. Once we help our client achieve the desired economic benefit through a successful migration, We will work with our internal development team to automate the processes migrated, if possible.

NOTE: company utilizes the industry leader, UI Path for Robotic Process Automation. The processes migrated are predominantly complex operations by nature. Our focus is geared toward managing complex operations that require extremely high quality and are non-customer facing. An example of this would be: bankruptcy legal work supporting the Mortgage, Auto and Unsecured lending space. Proof of Claims, Reaffirmations, Payment Change Notices, Post-Petition Fee Notices, Motions for Relief and Objections to Plans are additional examples. Since all of these actions are filed in bankruptcy courts, errors can cause potentially significant monetary consequences. With company's capabilities and technology, we help our clients minimize these costs, and due to their time sensitive nature, maximize the throughput.

The National Sales Leader will be responsible for prospecting, presenting accurate Statements of Work, selling, and contracting new business. First year targets are combined 44 FTE migration. Contracting and completion of the Statement of Work will be facilitated in conjunction with  Legal department. Sales activity will be tracked through Salesforce bi-weekly. The expectation is to produce revenue at or over ten times the base salary. Once the sale is complete, the management of the client will be facilitated through the organization’s Client Relationship Management team.
