Role Overview:  Working as a part of our clients HR team, this position will provide outstand internal customer service and assist with the administration of compensation, benefit, and payroll programs that will keep our client’s employees healthy and engaged. You will help design benefit programs, ensure competitive total rewards programs, and maintain and deliver accurate payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to compensation and benefits administration
  • At least one year of compensation administration or Compensation Certification strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and taxes preferred; payroll exposure strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel with full capability to conduct VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables and formulas.
  • Ability to build effective, caring relationships with employees throughout the organization
