We have partnered with our client in their search for a Movement Capture Analyst. This is a 6 month contract engagement that will be 100% in office in West Houston.
Responsibilities
Entering Pipeline tickets daily for any movement occurred
Booking transactions associated with the purchase and sale of refined products
Working with the invoicing team to ensure invoices are correct
Work with inventory for any volume discrepancies found
Assist with monthly accurals, reconciling and resolving open items in a timely manner, preparing ad-hoc reports as requested
Interfacing with traders and schedulers for issue resolution, developing relationships with third party vendors, reviewing contracts to interpret contractual obligations, and identifying process improvement opportunities
Skills Required
Experience with SAP or RightAngle
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPOint
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of front office experience with trading or scheduling within Oil and Gas industry
