Korn Ferry is hiring a Customer Software Support Specialist, with Mortgage industry and Customer Service experience, to join our software client's team in Dallas, Texas! You will provide outstanding customer support on proprietary software solutions by answering calls for technical support questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provided excellent customer support and service consistently.
Act as the first point-of-contact for the company's customers and represent the brand with Mortgage expertise.
Regardless of the issue being resolved or escalated, convey a message to customers that we will do everything we can to resolve customer issues.
Use any resources available to attain first call resolution; or to escalate the next level support team if it cannot be resolved.
