Korn Ferry is hiring a Mortgage Software Support Specialist to join our software client's team in Dallas, Texas! You will provide outstanding customer support on proprietary software solutions by answering calls for support questions related to using the software. The ideal candidate will have previous Mortgage industry experience and knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provided excellent customer support and service consistently related to navigating the Mortgage software by users.
Act as the first point-of-contact for the company's customers and represent the brand
Regardless of the issue being resolved or escalated, convey a message to customers that we will do everything we can to resolve customer issues.
Use any resources available to attain first call resolution; or to escalate the next level support team if it cannot be resolved.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Mortgage industry experience or knowledge; whether in loan processing, loan origination, underwriting, loss mitigation, bankruptcies, etc.
1+ years of call center, customer service experience
Passion for technology and driven to learn the software to assist customers daily
Provide quality interactions with internal and external sources
Input data and verify information
Excellent verbal communication skills able to communicate extensively, effectively and being empathetic to our customers
