Modern Workplace Technology Lead
We're seeking a hands-on technology leader to own and scale our modern workplace environment. This role will lead Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, enterprise networking, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and IT service delivery while helping establish the technology foundations of a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Own workplace technology, infrastructure, networking, and endpoint strategy.
- Lead Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, device management, and collaboration platforms.
- Manage MSP and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality end-user support and service delivery.
- Establish standards for provisioning, asset management, security, and technology lifecycle management.
- Support new office and site expansions while maintaining scalable, secure technology operations.
- Partner with leadership to build and mature technology capabilities across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading infrastructure, workplace technology, or IT operations in a growing environment.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, networking, and endpoint management.
- Experience managing MSPs and outsourced support teams.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, data center, industrial, or other project-driven environments is a plus.
Location: Hybrid (Uptown Dallas, TX) | 3 days onsite weekly
