Business Intelligence/ETL Developer
We are working with a growing company who is looking to add a Business Intelligence/ETL Developer to their team. They are building product within their business and looking for talented individuals who are curious and wanting to be part of a winning team. As this product is being built, you will not being plugged into an existing role, but rather having the opportunity so shape it.
Main Responsibilities:
Help with ongoing builds of data structure, data validation, and reporting creation/automation.
Utilize ETL processes to import, validate, translate and load data into the data warehouse.
Occasional changes to data warehouse structure.
Strong experience working with SQL Server and working with large amounts of data
Perform data analytics, Business Intelligence reporting, variance analysis, cost estimates and studies, schedule analysis, and provide technical advice and guidance to management
Ensure that the company delivers quality and actionable information to our business customers and internal management team.
Able to build views and teach others in the organization SQL skills so they can pull data.
Dashboard creation and creating insight from them.
Requirements:
3+ years of focus of IT on data management, data analytics, ETL, and analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Required Proficiency in MS Access 2010 MS Excel 2010 MS SQL Server Experience with automation programming using VBA and/or SSRS/SSIS is strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred
