We are seeking a Microsoft Planner Consultant with deep expertise in workflow design, team collaboration, and Microsoft Copilot integration. This consultant will play a pivotal role in enabling our Account Management team to collaborate more effectively by designing, implementing, and coaching on Planner-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customized collaboration workflows using Microsoft Planner tailored to account management processes
- Integrate Planner with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other M365 tools to streamline task management and communication
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and coaching for team members on best practices in Planner usage
- Create documentation, guides, and templates to support ongoing Planner adoption
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks within Planner and related M365 apps
- Educate users on how to use Copilot effectively in their daily workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current collaboration pain points and design scalable solutions
- Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations based on usage analytics and feedback
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Planner SME, including workflow setup and team enablement
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and its integration into Planner and other M365 tools
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to train non-technical users
- Experience working with account management or client-facing teams is a plus
