Title: Metrics Risk Officer

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Metrics Risk Officer. The Metrics Risk Officer plays a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, manage complex projects, and enhance decision-making through advanced data visualization and reporting techniques. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in industry-related data and analytics.
- Develop and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to risk and performance.
- Facilitate discussions and use structured approaches to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage requirements with stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies, methodologies, and processes.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert in business strategy, IT systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Recommend business priorities, resource requirements, and roadmaps for strategic execution.
- Lead IT strategy development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement analytics solutions, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and resolve complex issues across organizational levels.
- Develop tools and deliver training programs for non-technical users on reporting and analytics solutions.
- Assess the impact of project scope changes, including benefits, risks, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance usability and improve analytics solutions.
- Build interdependent teams and foster relationships to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and apply expertise to improve processes and methodologies.
- Implement change management programs, including readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Document data flows, systems, and processes for improved design and management.
- Promote diversity and inclusion and align work with organizational values and strategies.

Education & Work Experience

- Previous experience as a Metrics Risk Officer, Data Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar.
