We are supporting a global organisation within the Life Sciences sector that is seeking an experienced IT MDM Lead to drive the delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across a complex commercial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management workstreams.
- Coordinate development teams, technical discussions, planning sessions, and delivery activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, SMEs, and programme leadership.
- Drive governance, reporting, communication, and documentation across the MDM function.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Support commercial systems and data initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
- Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or broader Life Sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of data governance, master data processes, data quality, and stewardship principles.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
